The Keyless smart lock is continuing to rank highly amongst gadget and technology experts, recently being listed in Wareables top ten smart locks of 2016.
Embracing the future of security, the article gives a rundown of the best smart locks around and why these are the ones homeowners should be considering.
The article includes prices for each lock as well as a website link showing where you can buy the product.
Speaking about the Yale Keyless, Wareable writer Dan Sung said; “A name you can trust is a very good thing when it comes to something as delicate as home security, and that’s very much the play with the Yale Keyless Connected. Not only is it key-free, it’s also (if you want it to be) free of smartphones too, which might even make it a little safer still.”
The smart lock is suitable for timber doors and is available as a standalone product, or as part of a complete home security system, which can integrate with leading smart technology providers such as Samsung’s SmartThings.
Sung continues; “Instead of using the app, you can opt to open this smart lock either with a key fob / card, or with a pin code. You can change your code any time you need and give out different combinations for temporary access too. It also happens to be alarmed which should give any code-crackers a bit of a fright.”
Other smart locks rated include, Mul-T-Lock’s ENTR (part of the Assa Abloy group), Kwikset’s Kevo, and Lockitron’s Bolt. Click here to see the full list.
